anyone know where to get a certificatoin tag. They look just like the DAN tags that you can keep in your bc.

You will probably need to start there. I know that PADI has one, but I beleive its only for Instructors at this point.

Why? The DAN tag has medical info on it. What is on a c-card that you feel needs to be displayed on a BC?

Just curious.

Maybe such a thing would be handy if you forgot your c-card, assuming it can be used as a substitute? (As long as you didn't forget your gear!)

I was hoping to use it as a substitute tucked in a packet of my bc, so i could leave my wallet behind, also just incase i left my c card at home on a trip I would have a spare.

I know there's been ads in Sport Diver (the PADI Diving Society magazine) for submersible c-cards. I'd start looking on PADI's site (apparently this is only available for the "PADI Americas Region" at this time).
