Centre Recommendations

Guys,

My daughter works on one of the cruise ships which are in and out of Cozumel and Costa Maya very frequently and she is looking to do some dives whilst she is on this itinerary. Any suggestions for dive centres fairly close to the cruise terminals and rough ideas of what a single dive (with full kit) would cost her.

For Mahahual (Costa Maya), that's pretty easy: Amigos del Mar. If they are booked, have her try Mahahual Dive Centre, then Dreamtime.

For Cozumel, you really should have her post here, as there are way too many variables involved.

There are easily 200 dive operations in Cozumel, but only about 20 you actually want to use. What hours does she have available for diving? Steel or AL tanks? Beginner/Intermediate/Tec? There is no "Best" dive shop in Cozumel, but there will probably be a few good ones that meet her needs.
