Central NC Diving

Does anyone know of any dive sites in or near the Sandhills other than the standard quarries. I’ve been to Fantasy, Mystery, and Blue Stone. There’re great, but sometimes far away. Seven Lakes bylaws mention SCUBA diving. Has anyone dove there? I know of a quarry in Carthage, but also know that it’s private property. I haven’t dived it. It seems like there is another quarry in Lillington that used to be used by some of the Fayetteville area dive shops. It’s no longer active.

There are the three PDRA quarries but don't t think they will be any closer then the ones you mentioned to the Sand Hills.
