We have had a stateroom open up on the Damai 1 for whale sharking and a full week of diving in Cenderawasih Bay in Indonesia's Western Papua.

Probable Itinerary:
Day 1: Catalina Sea Plane, Padaido – Biak Rock Islands – The Cave & Salmon Point
Day 2: Peninsular coastal sites to include Japanese Zero and some great Macro
Days 3 & 4: Cendrawasih Bay and Whale Sharks – Open Deck 2 days
Day 5: Tanjung Mangguar and Pojok Berwarna Sea Mount
Day 6: Yappen Island – Tanjung Kelapa & Kebunku
Day 7: Hanging Gardens, Rock Island Wall, Sea Fan Alley

Tim Rock is an internationally published photojournalist. He is a Lonely Planet author and Getty Images Lonely Planet Collection photographer who has made many trips to Cendrawasih Bay, Biak and western Papua as well as many other Indonesian destinations. Tim is the author/photographer of more than 50 books about diving and the marine world and lives in Micronesia on the island of Guam. His recent books include A Diving & Snorkeling Guide to Bali (with Simon Pridmore) and the book INDO, available in e-book form from Blurb.
