They have cell service but its only for phones that are sold in Cayman.
We used email for the week.

I just saw that you are going to Little Cayman my post was about cell service on Grand Cayman .Sorry I deleted it.

If you have the approporaite roaming package to enable you to use your phone in Grand Cayman, it should work in Little Cayman too.
