So about a year ago, I bought a paper copy of the Diving Knowledge Workbook and a CD ROM version of the Encyclopedia of Diving Knowledge. When I got home, I discovered the CD ROM pack also included the Diving Knowledge Workbook on CD. Bonus!
Fast forward to present...I am doing my DM internship, and decided to pop in the CD workbook and take it for a spin. I had no problems with the Encyclopedia, but after installing the workbook, I tried to open it, and it prompted me for a username and password. When I tried to start it up without using a password, it told me "Your name is not on the roster. Sign on as a new user or retype name." Thing is, there are no names on the roster, and I don't see an option for signing in as a new user. Am I missing something? Does anyone know how to get in? Is this a puzzle that you have to solve to show the workbook that you are a good enough problem solver to be worthy of using the workbook?
