Grand Cayman's north wall and Stingray city are worth doing, as well as there is some night life. Gardens to see, blowholes, small coves like Smith's cove is fun to explore, hell, the turtle farm. This island is good for three days (at least).
Cayman Brac, we like because you can explore caves, go to the lighthouse, chip caymanite of the rocks on the southeast shore, check out a few other beaches and do a bit of shore diving if you know where to go. The night life is only diving, and having a drink at the bar, 9pm is about it. (we like this)
Little Cayman has the best, I repeat, the best diving of the three. There's not much to explore, maybe the boobie pond sanctuary, and the south beach or a little island off the south shore (Owen Island) that's it, and no night life other than diving, or star gazing, (we like this too).
So, after reading all that stuff, which one sounds best to you?

Some like it hot.

Definitely agree that LC has the best diving. I haven't stayed on either of the other two, but Cayman Brac suited me just fine...quiet, calm, great view of the stars. Being able to dive LC and CB from either island is a definite plus, but my next trip back will be to one of the LC resorts.
