cayman brac diver with beachfront & boat

I own a 2 bed/bath beachfront home on cayman brac ( cayman Islands) along with a cobra center console 31', sport fishing gear, scuba compressor, tanks and 2 jet skis. My wife and I are kicking around the idea of inviting like minded couples (sports, that is) into our home for a week of serious water activities. We also have kayaks, snork gear, a snuba set up and a water bullet (my boat does 45 mph). You get your own room and bath, Dinner ( you can assist if you like) and the privilege of hearing me play my 12 string guitar. My wife and I are in our early 50s, in great health and retired. Our criteria for the couples we seek is simple..Around the same age, no drugs, good conversation, professional or semi. The week includes: 2 two tank dive trips, 1 sport fish trip, 1 bullet trip along with 1 tank dive to Little Cayman Island (Bloody Bay Wall), One jet ski and snork day. 1 whatever day. I figure with fuel and lodging, this is worth about $3500.00. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Kayman pat.
