How much different is the marine life in caves as to in the open water. I don't want to seem stupid but wondered if there is a difference. Thank you.
 
We don't have any marine caves around here so I really can't say from experience. I'm sure the life would be drastically different though. Available light, currents for delivering food and nutrients, etc. would be supporting a whole new world of fish and creatures. The only thing I can think of to compare it to would be those pictures and shows we see of the deepest parts of the ocean.
