Perrone, this would be a lot easier if you'd just switch to OSX.
Easier on who? Frankly, after seeing how the editing is done on FCP, I'd rather work with Vegas any day. BUT, FCP gets a lot of the cool stuff first. And some things that are add ons with other programs are included.
I might have to buy a Mac if I go RED.

Actually, Final Cut is (for me) about the worst thing about a Mac. The thing is vile, slow, clumsy and idiotic in a number of ways.
The rest of the Mac experience is awesome tho, so I put up with Final Cut for now.
