Proper cave diving (and, subsequently, cave training) depends on a certain type of geology. Vast limestone deposits that have been allowed a few tens of thousands of years to get eroded into karst.

Fiji, as volcanic islands, lacks such a geology. I'm sure there are plenty of sea caves and coral caves. But that's not really going to lend itself to appropriate cave training.

I believe that the island of Yasawa is limestone and does have some caves. Wasn't sure to what extent though
