Just watched episode 3 of Undiscovered Worlds with Steve Backshall on BBC iPlayer. This episode was about exploring the flooded caves / cenotes in Yucatan Peninsula.
Very interesting and worth a watch if you have access to it.

Thanks! With the aid of VPN and tubedigger i've now got this in the library to watch.

Wow. I found that stressful to watch.
The scenery was amazing.

The host introduced himself as someone who had done "over a thousand ocean dives, a hundred in caves, and having done months of intensive training in the lead-up".

Wow yeah nah. The guy had terrible trim, buoyancy, and his "sidemount" tanks were dangling below him like disco balls. He couldn't do a frog-kick, kicked up silt constantly, was sculling with his hands constantly, and they took him through some pretty serious squeezes. It was evident in the second episode that he got hung up and started to panic. But anything for an episode right?
