Sounds like an RB80.

It's the Halcyon PVR-BASC rebreather, AKA "the fridge" ( Halcyon PVR-BASC - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )- it's the rebreather the WKPP used before the RB80 was developed.

(Incidentally, the RB80 was originally developed by the EKPP in Europe for use in a double rebreather/BOB configuration, as the smaller European caves didn't permit the huge support teams the WKPP used/use to stage open circuit bail-out.
