How deep is that?

You are CONSTANTLY moving your head. If you want to make better video, you need to learn to pause and keep your head as still as possible on each scene. Also when your head is panning at the end of one shot and then you append a different clip, which also initiates with a panning motion, the transition is joining two unrelated panning shots which makes the transitions tough to watch in my opinion.
