Just sent in a very well used carter lift bag SMB. It's been on many, many dives and finally wore out. Emailed the company, they said send it back and just got confirmation that they are sending me a NEW one.

This kind of customer service is extremely rare these days.

As an FYI, I think they make the best marker floats I have ever used.

Carter Underwater Air Lift Bags: The Best Lift Bags in the World

Though not cheap,,,I agree,,,worth every penny,,,especially when your life depends on being seen, and you are tough on your equipment.

Funny, I've been carrying this little yellow lift-bag on the bottom of my backplate for literally longer then I can remember. I don't use it often, but perhaps a couple of times a year. I probably get more benefit from it as a lumbar support with my doubles. I have no idea where I got it or anything else! But there it is... I still don't remember where I got it, or when!

And ya, it's bombproof!
