I saw a flight attendant with something similar to this:

50 lb. capacity but the wheels are pretty small. I like it since it folds really small - 13x7". Haven't bought it yet.

i would start working out.
Some of the treks from the cabin, off the ship, down the pier, to a cab, then from the dive shop to the boat are long.

What are you guys carrying your gear in? We bring our full kits with us and once they are wet the first day, they never really dry so they only get heavier from there.

We've been using mesh diving backpacks, but my shoulders are killing me even after the first day.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated :)

When we have heavy gear to roll a long ways, we use these:

Otherwise, for the pretty fish diving you usually do at cruise ship destinations, we also pack light - single reg, travel plate, small wing, shorty or 3mm wet suit, etc, so the weight is minimal and a back pack style mesh bag works fine.
