Carnival Legend - May 15-22, 2011 - Looking for other divers

Hello,

This is my first post, and an important one! My fiancée and I are getting married in May and for our honeymoon we are taking a Western Caribbean cruise on the Carnival Legend from May 15 - 22. We have decided to dive in Roatan (May 19) and Cozumel (May 17). Based on a lot of reviews and information I obtained from these boards, we have decided to book with dive operators on our own rather then the ones used by the cruise line.

We are looking for other couples or groups that will be on this cruise as well and who are planning on diving. Some operators require a minimum number of cruise passenger divers to schedule a trip.

So far I have contacted Bananarama, Subway Watersports, and Barefoot Divers in Roatan. They all have responded promptly, but overall I think I am leaning toward Bananarama. I haven't contacted operators in Cozumel yet; however, I am looking at Scuba with Allison, BlueXT Sea, and Aldora Divers; who all seem to have good reviews.

My fiancée and I are both experienced divers who reside in Florida. We are brining our own gear, but have never dove while cruising before, so this should be an adventure. Any outside suggestions are welcome.

So far seems every operator I contacted is unable to accomodate me due to the ship's schedule and the dive boat's schedule. This sort of pushes me to the ship's operator. But I will keep trying not going anywhere for another 8 or 9 weeks.
