Last year Carnival was cancelled. I know that no one has a crystal ball, but does anybody have reason to believe that it will be cancelled again in Feb?

I think its way too early to guess. Who know with delta increasing and vaccinations increasing. The island is kinda going in the wrong direction now, but Carnaval 2022 is a long way away.
