Anyone else going!?

I'm getting pretty excited! This will be my first live-aboard.

I was on it the first week of March...you'll have a great time....

Bring a roll of tape if you are in one of the lower staterooms. I always cary a roll of duct tape just in case. They give you a plastic covered information sheet. If the room is to cold tape it over the vent, it works great. Other than that small item you will have a great time. The crew does a fantastic job. The diving is great.

Thanks guys.

So, the boat gets back to land on Friday. Time for an afternoon dive with a land-based dive op maybe? Anyone done this?

I didn't see Any land based dive ops. I had had my fill of diving 24 dives in 5 days will wipe you out. We were all ready to have a few beers though. its a grate trip have fun.

the reason most liveaboards stop diving on Friday early is that the guests are usually flying out the next morning.... remember 24 hour rule.
Also, this gives the dive gear a chance to dry before packing your bags for flight home. Nothing worse than wet dive gear in luggage for 12 hours! Phew!

I don't fly out until 4pm on Saturday so figured I had time for a dive or two before stopping.... but you're right, I'll probably be beat!

Mmmmm, beer :)

When we got in on friday we cleaned our gear and dried it out. Then we went to dinner at the StFrancis resort. The water taxi brought us back and forth it was a nice way to end the week. You will get your fill of diving, every time you start to get relaxed the conk shell sounds. We found it nice to take either the late morning or early afternoon dive off. By the end of the week we added an afternoon nap in the schedule.

There was a pre-dawn dive on the last day (Friday early AM) - sort of a night dive in reverse. In the water - dark. End of dive - day light. One of my favorite dives with them
