Caribbean Diving May-June 1 week??

Hey,
My wife and I are looking to go for 1 week dive trip at the end of May-beginning of June somewhere in the Caribbean but we are not sure where...
Here's what we are looking for:
1. Good diving- similar to Cozumel (as we are spoilt from living in SE Asia)
2. Preferably direct flights from NYC
3. Nice relaxing hotel with pool, spa etc
4. Reasonable value

Any ideas????

My first thought would be the Westin on Grand Cayman....

Great vis and easy access for diving
Not sure about a direct flight or not
Nice pool and awesome beach
Value is relative

This is my wife's favorite dive trip, but the Westin is difintely a luxury property over most of the places we have been.

I was in Little Cayman in April and the diving was great. Little pricey but well worth it.

MvanDriel sounds Dutch so I would take the liberty to propose Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles. As for the hotel hmmm let's see Lions Dive, Breezes, Avila Beach Hotel, Marriott and Kura Hulanda Lodge in the West end.
