Can't Reset Countdown Timer

For whatever reason, I can't reset the countdown timer. When I click on the reset icon, it gives me a blank field. It won't even allow me to type anything in the field.

No one has been able to use it since before the new servers were put online. It's being worked on - it may be back in about a week:
