This housing is in good shape, with some exterior case scratches you would expect to see on a used scuba item. The lens appears to be free of scratches or other damage, but may need to be cleaned.
Disclosure: I did flood this housing in Malaysia due to a nick in the o-ring. The o-ring has been replaced and the housing spent the night submerged in a bucket of water without leaking.
I was really impressed with the photos this setup and I think you will be happy too.
