Just received my new s90 and ikelite housing. Going diving in north carolina this weekend and pretty pumped. Probably a rookie question - first underwater camera - what is your recomendation for holding onto the camera? Using the wrist strap or maybe a retractor? Seems like it would be a pain to drag around on your wrist.

I have a unit with a coiled cord that will stretch to2-3 feet, but snaps onto itself and has a clasp to hook to my BCD. I have used these for years with a variety of cameras. Keeps it pretty snug up against my right shoulder strap when not in use, then stretches to arms length for shooting. You should be able to find one at many dive shops. Made by Cetacea

Yes, but go for one with the metal clip. I wouldn't trust the plastic ones. The metal clip is also helpful as you can hear it contact and clip your d-ring - hopefully.

Basically I prefer a tray and a coiled tether.
