Canon S90 and WP-DC35 housing

I have a nearly new Canon S90 with two batteries and charger along with 4gb sandisk memory card. I also have the WP-DC35 waterproof housing is like new condition with float strap. I bought this set up for a cruise we were going to take that got cancelled. I do not need these and would like to sell them at a reasonable price.
