Go to Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Windows : Camera Raw 5.7 update and follow the "manual" installation directions being sure to a) open the zip file within a "download" folder to expand and create the Camera Raw.8bi file and then, b) locate and "rename" the existing file by, as an example, place the word "old" in front of the existing name (old_camera raw.8bi), followed by c) copying the new Camera Raw.8bi file into the "file formats" folder in either the 32 bit or 64 bit version of the program folders, depending upon your version of Windows 7.
