Buy this lightly used package for $125 plus s/h and Pay Pal fees (It cost more than $400 new)
Canon Powershot A75 Digital Point and Shoot Camera with 3x optical zoom
Canon WP-DC30 Waterproof underwater housing with diffuser, eye cup, spare O-ring and O-ring lube
This was a wonderful set-up for snorkeling. It is small, lightweight and very easy to use. I just set the camera to the Underwater setting, set the flash to being ON all the time, intalled some Lithium AA batteries and Compact Flash card, pointed the camera at my subject in the water and began shooting. I took it on 2 snorkeling trips. I got some amazing pix in shallow water, especially since I would surface dive to get the pix at "fish level." After each trip, I soaked it in warm water, operated all the buttons under water and made sure to clear out any salt crystals. It's been safely stored in a foam case I made since the last use.
I have moved on to a high end point and shoot (Canon G9 Ikelite outfit which I am also selling) and most recently to using my Nikon D80 underwater.
