I would like to start underwater photography, all I have is a Canon ixus 400 camera. May I know where can I get an underwater camera case ?? I use it for deep dive ( 140ft+) too.

Canon makes the WP-DC300 case. It's only rated to 100ft though. I use it with my Digital Ixus 500 also because I already had the camera. The Ixus is good for 'recreational' photography, but doesn't make nearly as nice pictures as the more expensive cameras out there. It has trouble focusing when close up, the flash is too weak and too near to the lens. This is an issue when there are particles or small bubbles in the water. I tried using an external flash I borrowed off a friend, but couldn't get the camera to cooperate with it. The housing doesn't really accommodate external appendages anyway.

Even so I would say: Go for it. You can afford to lose the Ixus if it floods. After you've mastered the basics, move on to a big underwater photography rig.
