Canon A95 use as webcam

that would be cool if that was possible. i have an a95 and am curious as well

I remember reading somewhere that the A80 could be used like that (and, therefore, logically so could the A95) but that it was unsupported.

I didn't look into it too far, as the reports I read were that the frame rate was rather pathetic, and it used power like there was no tomorrow.

NOPE! Look at the Bonaire web cam page. The equipment and resources needed to do that would be WAY, I say WAY beyond a prosumer camera.

yes it will work, you can control your camera with the included software.
