canon A710 vs. SD800 is for UW photography

which is better for UW photography? sd800 is with a wider lens but decreased image quality on the corners, no manual contols or A710 is better image quality, manual controls but only 35 mm wide? Is there any body experienced with these cameras UW?

generally speaking, for u/w you will need manual controls, so I would stay away from SD series. I outgrew mine pretty quickly and now have to upgrade to get the additional features.
