Canon 7D Spray Protection

I am not looking to go underwater with my 7D yet but I do take it on the boats with me. Last week there were some close calls with salt spray so I put it back in the bag. Just curious what a good solution would be for above water protection from salt spray. I was looking at some dry bags but they all look cheesy. An suggestions other than a full housing that I can't afford at the moment?
