Canon 20D in Ikelite 30D Housing

Hi,

I've seen a 2nd hand Ikelite 6871.30 advertised on ebay which notes that it can be used for a Canon 20D or Canon 30D. I was thinking of bidding on it for my Canon 20D, but looking at Ikelite's website it mentions that the 20D and 30D housing are not interchangeable and you would experience some "alignment" issues in using them the wrong way round.

Does anyone have any experience with using the 20D in the 30D housing? How severe are these alignment issues?

I believe there were a few slight changes in form between the 20D and 30D. Better off either waiting for a 20D housing to come up, or bidding on a 30D body as well. Should be able to get one for about $100-150 with a few clicks on it.
