Cannot get chat to open with explorer after a recent 'upgrade'. Already could not get there via Firefox.

The chat here uses Java. My work computer blocks Java, so I can't get in either. My home computer has no trouble.
Hi,
The chat is a Java app, as mentioned. If Java is not enabled, the chat won't work.

Sorry there's nothing else I can do for you, as the chat is also hosted via a 3rd party.
