Can someone help me properly sync my Oly C5050?

I have an Oly C5050 in a PT-015 housing with the Inon D180. When I ordered the Inon strobe, I only received the directions in Japanese. I've been on a couple trips with it, but want to make sure I'm maximizing it's ability. I have the optic cord for it. Can someone tell me what else I need to do? Thanks in advance. I'm headed to the Mexican Cenotes at the end of the week and diving with Diablo Divers.
 
AFAIK nothing ;) Simply attach the fibre optic cable to the housing and the strobe, set the switch to optic cable on the strobe (I have the 220 so am assuming the 180 has the same switch) and go take some fantastic photos!

Before you get wet, double check that Oly 5050 is set in Slave flash mode level 1 and that the little piece of film is over the internal flash.

I think that www.inonusa.com (you may have to do a search) has the complete 180 manual in English.
