Can Someone Help Me Identify Underwater Lights?

Hello,
I work for a company that has dissolved a film production division that produced a documentary that involved a lot of diving and I need to sell the equipment they used.
I'm not a diver, but so far I've been able to do a Google search on most of the equipment to get an idea on what they are and what they are selling for. That is until now.
I've got a case full of what appear to be underwater lights that have a "Commercial Electric" logo on them.
But when I Google "Commercial Electric", I just get general lighting for commercial purposes. I can't seem to locate lights that look like these, or find a company called "Commercial Electric".

So I joined your group, hoping I could post a picture and maybe one of you could help me identify what these lights are called and maybe give me an idea of what they might be worth used?

Those don't appear to be underwater lights. An internet search suggests they're halogen work lights now sold under the brand Designer's Edge:

If that's the case, they're probably not worth much, unfortunately.

Those are work lights but not u/w dive lights. Worth seems to be about $20 ea.
