Can Orcatorch D710 inside lens be cleaned?

I contacted the mfg, just wondering if anyone else has info on this.
On the inside of the lens there are 2 brown blobs that have formed.
Does anybody open up the head of lights and clean it?
Light works and has not been flooded.
