:(Our Gopro hero 3 flooded. i tried to salvage. MicroSD card works when i tested it. With a new battery charging, the 'camera busy' red light indicator at the back comes on, but, the 'charging' light at the front does not. The body of the camera feels warm.
Anyone tried to repair a Gopro before? If so, can i have a referral for the repair service?
Thank you.

likely shorted itself. You can try to disassemble and evaluate the electronics, but if it is getting warm then there is an internal short somewhere.... Other than replacing the whole internals it likely can't be repaired, I think everything is on one board in there. Best to try to find a replacement used now that the new ones are out, will likely be cheaper than the repair bill
