I found this one photo on the internet but have yet to find another of this particular FFM or any way to identify who made it? I am tending to think it is from Japan like the Diveways masks. Wherever it is from, I truly like an observer can see the full unobstructed face of a wearer unlike almost all other FFM's.

It's not a FFM... It's a Surface Supplied Diving Helmet... This one is a demand Hat, as opposed to a Free flow Hat... This one is most unusual, an' likely one o' a kind... Some o' the Hardware is Kirby Morgan, but, I highly doubt that they made this Hat... If anyone knows what it is, or who made it... Leon Lyons will know...

I think this FFM was made for a movie. Only in movies the face is lighted to be able to see the actor/actress. In real diving conditions, the light in the face is a negative point that reduces visibility.

Agree that it looks like something that was made for a move - or for a tv documentary commentator to wear - it would be horribly buoyant and so it would need to be attached to a full body harness to stop it blowing off your head
