I will go Easter Island in the coming early April and wondering whether it is worth to dive there. Can anyone give me some advices? Will there be a lot of marine life?

Hi Wendy: Three years ago I dove in the French Polynesia with a chilean divemaster who worked for a diving operation out in Easter island. I asked him about the diving and said that the water is quite cold , to the point they dive in 5 and 7 mil suites. I remember he also mention that fishes are scarce down there. At least now you know there is some diving going in Easter island. If you come from Shangai, consider stopping over in the French Polynesia. There they have excelllent diving.
