I used to work in Sihanoukville, and the diving was very average... You might see a few nudis and a seahorse or two. It's still worth jumping in for a couple of dives, just don't get your hopes up too much...
Sihanoukville is one of my favorite places in the world.
Have a few diving pics from there all colourful. I have a pic of a very curious batfish that followed me around for a bit which brings back great memories.
