california dive locations

does anyone know of any good dive locations in california? the only place i have dove here is Lover's Cove in Monterey.

DSU diver, as I'm sure you are well aware, CA has an incredibly long shoreline. That leads to literally thousands of quality dive spots. I'm sure that you will find more than enough help on this site if you want to just narrow down your request a little. San Diego, or LA etc.
