The Alberta Underwater Council is pleased to announce that their Divescapes scuba conference will be held this year on October 23rd and 24th in Calgary, Alberta. Keynote speaker is Jill Heinerth who will talk at a seminar and at the Saturday night film show/banquet.

Other confirmed speakers are Howard Robins from the Artificial Reef Society of BC, everyone's favourite BC critter guy Andy Lamb, Mandy-Rae Cruikshank and Kirk Krack from Performance Freediving, and Jeffrey Gallant from GEERG (GEERG - The Greenland Shark and Elasmobranch Education and Research Group) and Divers Almanac. More to come as they are confirmed.
