About 6 weeks if it is anything like it was for me, but you should have a temporary one from your instuctor which will do till then. if not go back and ask for one.

About two weeks for mine, wife's, and the kid's.
The amount of time varies. Realistically, I have had my cards come back anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Biggest delaying factor is how long it takes your instructor to finish up and submit all the paperwork for your class.

Many dive shops have the cards sent to them and then call the students.
If the shop submitted on-line, week to 10 days. If not....
