We will be sailing around the BVI islands in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know what the current water temp is?

Also, other than The Rhone, what is your favorite dive site? Since there are only 2 of us on the boat who dive it is not really a diving trip per se. But we do want to get in a few rendezvous trips.

Oh, you're in for a wonderful time. We did a crewed charter in the BVI a few years ago and dove quite a bit -- the report is HERE

I think my favorite dive site of all was the Chikuzen, but you have to have the right conditions to be able to dive it. However, almost all the reef diving was very good -- lots of color and plenty of interesting life.

The water temp is currently 78-79 F. From top to bottom...no real thermoclines to speak of! AND we do have humpback whales hanging around in the Channel.

Safe diving,
Jeff

No way! Tell the humbacks to hang on about 10 more days...I'm on my way!

Thanks for the water temp Jeff and thanks tor that great dive report TSandM.
