So I been told no matter how or diffrent types of macro lens you use for rx100m2 still won't be able to compete with g16 true or false. I seen many pic of macro between rx100m2 g16. Please clue me if the rx100m2 can or can't beat the g16 in macro.

You might head over to wetpixel on the web or Facebook and check out some of the pics there; generally folks post what gear they were using. I have a G16 but don't do a lot of "real" macro and I've never owned an RX100 so I can't give you a comparison.

G16 is great camera for macro though if you use the canon housing the button/dial location is suck.
Similar with other compact camera, the basic set-up for macro is small aperture (f8), high speed 1/250 or faster, ISO 100, manual flash at min, manual strobe.
