Hi I am off to bunaken in June staying at living colours. Does anyone know if you can hire a boat on the island to go exploring? Also has anyone ever had a day trip to any secluded beaches on different islands or anything like that? I will be going with a non diver do trying to think of some activities we can do together after a morning dive or two!

Thanks for any help Saul.

Email Living Colours and ask them. I'm sure they know a few boatmen and could give you an idea of cost.

I know one of the non-diving options there is to boat over to Manado Tua and climb it. I imagine it's a nice view from the top.
