Where can one buy mono-filament line in bulk (instead of the 5mt. bundles retailers offer) as well as the associated sleeves (for use in attaching spears/shafts to guns)? I'd like to buy 100mt rolls to sell retail.

Spearitco is an option, but I don't know if there will be enough gross profit margin to make it feasible for retail. You might want to call them on the phone to see if they have a better "off-line" option to make it profitable for you.
