Has anyone else experienced a broken vent cap? Mines split in to three pieces after a handful of scooter runs. I’ve owned the machine for a month (purchased January 8th, delivered January 22nd fromboatstoreusa). It seems I’m sidelined bya part that costs a quarter to manufacture. I wouldn’t attribute it to wear and tear, as the part is recessed at least and inch into the charge port, and then covered with the protective nosepiece. I’m also not clear on how to get a replacement part.

From an engineering standpoint, not a robust design.

Should I continue to use my scooter? It seems i can stillengage the threads and the O-ring is in place.

How do I get a replacement part, and would it be warrantied.

You drop a grand on a scooter, kinda disheartening to have parts break on it in less than a month.
