broken ripcord

Its likely going to have to go back to Zeagle to be repaired.
Your local Zeagle dealer should be able to help with the specifics.
 
my ripcord snapped how do I get it fixed?

Take it back to the shop you purchased it from and they will arrange the shipping back to us.

Do you have any idea what caused the ripcord to snap? That heavy monofilament is NOT prone to breaking, although it has happened in the past, so any info you have would be helpful!

More likely the little metal piece that stops the cord from being fully removed from the BC. I've only seen this one other time.

Lets start a pool on what really happen. . .
 
I bet something must have cut it, as I can't imagine shear tension braking the plastic cord.

I made a mistake here. The cord itself appears to be nylon, the plastic thingy is what you pull out.
