Need brass or copper rivets for this kind of nameplate. Does anyone know I can find them?

Groovy. I've never seen solid rivets like that (except maybe installed in something when I didn't notice them). They are a little more purdy. Unfortunately, it looks like you need an air tool (or a woman named Rosie) to install a solid rivet made from anything other than aluminum... just basing that on the data provided by the "manual" tools available from mcmaster.

Unless you already know the size, you might have to drill the old ones and hit the hole with a caliper.
 
Top should flatten when you buck them
