Brand-new and has never seen water. I got it and waited too long to return it (I ended up with a Stiletto instead as that's closer to my old Zeagle Escape).
Includes side weight pouches, inflator, inflator hose, manual, and bag. I'll also throw in eight brand-new belt slides and eight brand-new webbing locking clips. It also has the Deluxe swivel-housing, a back pad and shoulder pads (which is the Deluxe part).
$370 *shipped* CONUS (or $350 for local pickup in Denver). Payment via PP F&F, or add a bit to cover fees.
